Change in Parliamentary Secretaries - what can it mean?

The PM, after less than 3-months, has shuffled the Parliamentary Secretaries. I haven't examined the details of who is moved/dropped - that will be in the weekend newspapers - but it seems to be a further demonstration of the consequences of crossing this PM. Nothing like firing a few low ranking staff to intimidate the rest.
