In the continuing campaign to expose those who would abuse the anonymity of the internet, this is good news. The standard being set - a court order - to determine who is slandering is not unreasonable. There will be more court decisions to come, and legal precedents will define “the law” more precisely, but this will be a lesson to those who sling mud irresponsibly.
