This evening, the prime minister issued three media releases in recognition of Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese New Year. All well and good except the New Year doesn't arrive until Feb 3 on the western calendar. Is Stephen Harper going incommunicado for the next 10 days or is his media office merely incompetent?
