Warren Kinsella’s blog alerted readers to a new website, brian mulroney media room, where the spin is being put to the continuing revelations before the Parliamentary Ethics Committee investigating charges made by Karlheinz Scrieber concerning the former and current prime ministers. That the Mulroney forces have launched a website to get their message out is interesting in its own right.
Equally interesting, with thanks to some digging done by one of Kinsella’s readers, is who the registrant of said website is: Joseph Lavoie! It seems he of the “Canada’s Next Prime Minister” CTV series and, of course, Glendon College has found a new vocation. Lavoie announced last fall that he would stop blogging for a while, as other matters were more pressing. His latest incarnation speaks volumes, to me, of his ambition. Really.
