No one could accuse the Rt Hon Ed Schreyer of being non-partisan since his return to private life, but his take on why the Governor General should not give Stephen Harper a “time-out” bears consideration. I hope it gets that careful thought amongst Her Excellency’s advisors this morning.
Anglicans (and possibly some others) make a habit of praying for the Queen, the Governor General and their good counsel. Those who believe in that sort of thing, should be praying for Her Excellency this morning.
