I don’t usually do skin here, but Canadians deserve something better to remember the year by than a pasty, skinny dipping Bob Rae and spending Christmas in Hawaii is something every Canadian can appreciate this year. And besides, this hoop playing, gym rat belongs on the cover of Men’s Fitness as much as he does Time. Keep this picture because in 8 years....
