Forty years ago York University was new, Dr. Michiel Horn was my Canadian history professor and I was an idealistic teenager. Since his retirement from the Department of History at Glendon College, Horn as served as the university historian. He tells the stories of York’s first half century in The Way Must be Tried, released last week.
