Could it be that the Rob Ford for Mayor campaign is so well organized it has people scouring the net for blog posts that by some remote extension might be interpreted to reflect negatively on their opponents? My recent post about hospital expenses drew a comment from one anonymous coward (apparently unable to read the policy that unsigned comments are ignored and unwilling to be associated with his/her remarks) that the minister of health twice-removed is solely responsible for any mis-spending. In fact, all responsibility rests with Tony Clement and Mike Harris whose failures to act against the potential for abuse... Or maybe it is with Larry Grossman and Bill Davis; they had their chance too. More likely, it's the fault of Jim Flaherty who could have put an end to it when he was Ontario Treasurer and Deputy Premier.
