This was a big day for Glendon College as the Glendon School of Public Affairs was given a kick-start with a $1.25 million gift from the BMO Financial Group. Glendon Hall will henceforth be known as the BMO Financial Group Conference Centre and will be a focal point for the new school while the campus develops new capital facilities.
Canada's first and only bilingual school of public affairs, Glendon will be offering masters and doctoral level degrees in the coming years.
Congratulations to all involved in launching the new school and thanks to BMO Financial for the generous inaugural gift which will also endow scholarship and bursary awards for undergraduate students.
