Students at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School have launched a website/blog, The Court, with information about what’s happening at The Supreme Court of Canada (cases before the Court, recent decisions, news for the Canadian and other “Top Courts”, etc.). The format is friendly and the notes about the cases comprehensible to non-barrister. There is a link in my Sites Worth Visiting section.
